S.H.C's local manufacturing facility in Quwaysna, Menoufia, is the foundation of our metal packaging business. Our state-of-the-art production line specializes in twist-off metal caps — the most widely used closure type in the food industry for glass jars. Our factory produces caps in four standard sizes: 38mm, 53mm, 58mm, and 82mm. The 82mm cap is our flagship product, serving as the industry standard for family-size jars used for pickles, jam, tomato paste, and other preserved foods across the MENA region. Every cap is manufactured from food-grade tinplate (TFS) with a PVC-free plastisol liner and interior lacquer coating that meets international food contact regulations. Our production process includes multi-stage quality inspection — from raw material testing through dimensional accuracy checks to final packaging verification.
